Qualfy vs Calendly + Fireflies + ChatGPT
It's the stack most product teams build first, and it's a good one: a Calendly link goes in an email, a Fireflies notetaker joins the call, and a folder of transcripts goes into ChatGPT. Three separate products, each good at its job. What's missing is the part in between — nothing finds the right user, nothing screens them, and nothing remembers which call a quote came from when the answer matters.

Fluent, and possibly right. Nothing says which files “roughly half” came from, or whether it would be the same half tomorrow.

About the stack
Keep your notetaker. Keep ChatGPT.
Fireflies, and the notetakers like it, are good at what they do: they join Zoom, Meet and Teams, they transcribe well, and every one of them now answers questions across your meetings. If your team records standups and sales calls, that tool isn't going anywhere, and Qualfy doesn't ask it to. What the stack can't do is the part in between. A booking link waits to be found. A notetaker records whoever showed up. A folder of transcripts answers whatever it's asked, in whatever tone it's asked, and nothing checks that a sentence it quotes is in a file. Calendly is a scheduling product, Fireflies is a meeting product, and ChatGPT is a general assistant. None of them was built to find a research participant, and none pretends to be. Calendly's routing forms can qualify someone before they book, which is the closest the stack comes to a screener. We can measure ours, and these numbers are checked before every release; if one slips, the release doesn't ship. Choose the stack when
- You meet mostly on Zoom.
- The same notetaker has to cover standups, sales calls and research, and the same assistant has to cover everything else.
- You already pay for all three and interviews are rare enough that stitching them by hand is fine.
