Model Context Protocol

Your research, inside the AI tool you already use

The most common objection we hear is fair: nobody wants another tab. So your interviews don't have to live in ours. Connect Qualfy to Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor and ask your research questions where you're already working — every answer still cited to the moment someone said it.

Included on every plan, free included

In Claude: “Ask my Qualfy research what people said about our export flow.”

Three of six participants raised export problems, and two described a manual workaround1,2— one said the failures were silent, with no error shown3.

1Enterprise PM · 14:02We gave up and screenshot the dashboard every Monday.
2Ops lead · 22:37I split the file by hand and stitch it back together.
3Analyst · 08:14It just… doesn't arrive. No error, nothing in the log.

What your AI tool can do with it

ask_interviews
A question in plain English, answered only from what participants actually said — with citations, or an honest “no answer in the corpus.”
count_mentions
“How many interviews mentioned onboarding friction?” — an interview count with one verbatim quote per interview, not an unverifiable number.
search_interviews
Raw quote search across every transcript, when you want the words rather than a summary.
get_themes
What participants raised across interviews, grouped, with the evidence attached.
list_interviews / get_interview
Browse the corpus, or pull one conversation in full.

Connecting it

  1. 1. In Qualfy, open Settings → AI tools.
  2. 2. Add the connection in your AI client. Claude and ChatGPT connect over OAuth — you approve Qualfy the same way you'd approve any other connector. Cursor and other MCP clients can use a personal access token instead.
  3. 3. Ask a question. Your workspace's research is scoped to your organization, and answers cite the transcript they came from.

Your interviews are never used to train AI models, and each organization's research is isolated at the database level. AI questions draw on your plan's monthly allowance whether they're asked in Qualfy or through a connected tool.
