Questions about plans
- What counts as an interview?
- One conversation that lands in your research corpus — whether Qualfy's notetaker recorded it or you uploaded a transcript from somewhere else. Both consume one credit from the same pool.
- What happens when I reach the limit?
- Bookings keep working. Only new recordings and uploads pause, so a participant who clicks your link never hits a wall you didn't tell them about.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No — there's no clock on it. Free includes 3 interviews total rather than per month, which is enough to prove the loop works end to end: recruit someone, record the call, and ask your research a question that comes back cited.
- What happens to my research if I downgrade?
- Nothing. Your interviews, transcripts, and recordings stay available, and recordings stay downloadable, on every plan including free. Downgrading changes what you can add, never what you already have.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. Share a booking link or email your participant list and you can run interviews today with no code. The in-app popup is one script tag, added when you want recruiting to run continuously inside your product.
