Qualfy vs Looppanel
Looppanel is a research analysis tool, and a good one: a notetaker joins the call, the transcript is tagged, and Ask AI answers questions across a project with the exact quote behind every insight. It starts once an interview is already on your calendar. Qualfy starts before the interview exists — the popup, the screener, the booking — and carries the same call through to a cited answer.
The same question, asked of the same nine interviews
“Where do new users get stuck during onboarding?”
Looppanel Ask AI, over a project
“Onboarding confusion appears across several sessions, centred on data import and initial setup. Participants describe hesitating at the import step and looking for guidance that wasn't there.”Cited to the exact quote — Looppanel does that, on Pro and above. The nine sessions got onto the calendar some other way.
Looppanel's Ask AI cites its sources, same as ours. The difference is that Looppanel analyzes interviews you scheduled somewhere else.
Qualfy
3 of 9 interviews mention getting stuck during onboarding123. All three stalled at the data-import step, not at creating the account. The other six didn't raise onboarding at all.
“Sign-up was fine. Then it wanted a CSV in a format I'd never seen, and I couldn't tell what it was asking for.”
“I closed the tab at the import screen. Came back two days later when a teammate said you could skip it.”
“The import page looked like it needed admin rights, so I pinged IT before I'd click anything.”
A number you can put on a slide: three quotes, three timestamps, and six interviews that didn't say it.
About Ask AI and the panel
Looppanel starts once the interview is on your calendar
Credit where it's due. Looppanel's notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, its Ask AI has shown the exact quote behind every insight since November 2025, and its MCP server, in beta since August 30, 2026, puts that in front of Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. For a team of researchers with a tagging workflow, it is the right tool.
What it doesn't do is get the interview to happen. The notetaker auto-joins interviews that are already on your Google or Teams calendar; Panel Management, new and on the Enterprise plan only, recruits, screens and manages participants you already have. There is no popup inside your product, no share link, and no booking page. And the plan that includes Ask AI starts at $395 a month with a five-editor minimum — a fair price for a research team, and a lot for a product manager who wants ten interviews a month.
That's where Qualfy starts. A campaign invites the user who is in the feature right now, screens them, books them against your team's calendars, records the call, and answers questions about it with citations to the moment, or says the research doesn't cover it — priced per conversation, on a free plan first.
Where each one starts
Looppanel starts once the interview is on your calendar. Qualfy starts before it exists.
Looppanel's pricing page lists Panel Management, marked new, on the Enterprise plan: recruit, screen and manage your research participants in one place. Nothing on its pages describes scheduling those participants or reaching them inside your product, so the grid states what is documented and no more. From the recording onward, Looppanel is built in.

Trust
Both products cite their sources. One publishes how often it's wrong.
We make no claim about Looppanel's accuracy — we can't measure it. We can measure ours, and these numbers are checked before every release; if one slips, the release doesn't ship. That includes the last one: a system that never invents an answer is tempted to refuse too often, so we measure that too.

Choose Looppanel when
- You are a research team with a tagging workflow and a five-editor budget, and the interviews are already being booked by someone.
- You record on Zoom and want the notetaker there without uploading afterward.
- You want highlight reels and affinity maps as the output, not a chat.
Choose Qualfy when
- You have no researcher and need the popup or share link to fill the calendar before there is anything to analyze.
- You'd rather pay per conversation than per recording hour with a five-editor minimum.
- You want the model to refuse, with a count, when the research is thin — and a free plan to prove it before you pay.
You can use both
Looppanel analyzes; Qualfy schedules and records. Recordings are downloadable on every Qualfy plan and Looppanel takes uploads, so run the interviews here and keep the tagging workflow your team already knows.
